It's definately a Dogs Life at the Watermill !
Quite a few of the locals dogs get served before they do which usually causes a bit of a laugh. Dogs are welcome in the main bar (to the left as you walk in).After a hard day walking the fells where better to relax than the Watermill's special order carpet, a bowl of fresh Lakeland water by your side and some winalot biscuits in your belly. While away the night until its time for a quick breath of fresh air before retiring to your room to dream of mountains, fresh Lake district air and maybe a dip in pure Lake water. In the morning after another quick trot around the block or up the fantastic dogs paradise gated road, sit in the lounge bar at the other end to non dog owning people while your masters tuck into a full English breakfast hoping the odd sausage may fall off the plate!

Dogs are most welcome to stay for £4 a night per dog and bring their well behaved owners (owners accommodation price is .....er more!) For every night a dog stays at the Watermill
